As always, the lodge is open as early as 5:30pm for welcome hour, 7pm Collation with the business of the meeting to start at 8pm and end at 9:30pm. The business of the meeting will cover:
Committee Reports: Jephtha Advancement Committee, Investigation Committee, Fantasy Football Committee, Ritual Committee (Dec 14th Degree)
Balloting: There have been 7 potential candidates interviewed by the investigation committee in addition to 2 affiliating brothers.
Business and Votes: Proposed Fundraising goal, strategy and allocation. Proposed in house masonic education classes led by W:. Previto and Co-taught by guest lecturers.
Upcoming Events: 11/16 1st Deg. Practice, 11/20 District Festive Board, 11/23 Special Communication, Lodge set up for annual holiday party, 11/28 Annual Holiday Party

I would ask that each lodge bring a schedule of events through a date 1-2 weeks AFTER our next meeting, which should be on January 15. Below the posted agenda for the meeting, you will find a copy of one for Dongan Patent Lodge. For distribution at the meeting, I will have separate printed copies for all. I ask that you each do the same, so they may be spread upon the minutes of each lodge. Please include regular communications, along with any planned Masonic education scheduled for the evening, as well as all charitable, and social events planned. In addition, for each event, I would ask that any restrictions or additional information (open lodge, 3rd degree only, suggested donations, etc) be included.
