Charity event – tie in with Valentine’s Day?

My Brothers: You are hereby summoned to a special communication, tomorrow night, Wednesday February 21, 2018 at 8pm for the special business of voting on approving a lease for a new tenant for the presently unoccupied space on the ground floor. No special attire needed – come in street clothes – and there will be no collation.

Officers note that I will be in Atlanta and unable to make this meeting, so you will each need to step up one position for the opening and closing.
