Daughter was Mrs. William D. Chamberlain of Port Jefferson. Son was Cornelius Murphy of Huntington. Noble Grand of Odd Fellows, Ellsworth Lodge. Lived on High Street (1936). Interred in Huntington Rural Cemetery. One grandson at time of death
