$250.00 Room Rental
$100 Charge for a Trustee or Officer to Open & Close
$250 Security Deposit
(Security deposit refunded if facilities are cleaned and there is no damage to the walls, floor, rug, etc. There will be additional charges above and beyond the security deposit for the repair and cleaning of the facilities resulting for the rental)
Commercial Rental Rate Available upon Request
Please see a trustee for any inquiries about rentals
To secure a particular date, your name & telephone number must be written on the calendar in the kitchen. Please forward to the trustees your deposit of $100 which will be applied to the rental fee. Room availability is on a first come – first served basis.
Jephtha lodge reserves the right of facilities availability for all Masonic functions; due and timely notice will be given.
